Shipping Questions
Is free shipping available?
Yes, free shipping is available on any orders over 150 USD. Because we send products internationally from Japan to US customer locations, we have a higher purchase amount to qualify the free shipping. However, we plan to reduce the free shipping critiera, as our brand's US launch make progresses.
How long does it take to receive the product?
It will take about 7 days. It can vary, but the EMS parcel post service usually takes about 7 days from Japan's warehouse to USA client locations.
How long does it take to receive my product that is out-of-stock?
Product reorders may take up to 4 weeks or more. During this time, we will notify you through a separate notice/text in case of stock delay.
Delivery Questions
What happens if I provided incorrect shipping address?
We are not responsible for missing shipment due to incorrect address entered by customers. Please double check on shipping information when placing an order.
Refund & Exchange Questions
I received the product, and this does NOT meet my expectation. Can I ask for a refund?
Exchanges and returns are NOT possible in case of a simple change of mind.
How can I request refund or exchange?
Send us an email within 7 days of receiving the product. Once produce received and validated for a defect, we will process the request.
Can I get a refund for a used product?
No, we only accept refund for products in new condition. We do not accept used/washed garments.
My product is defective. Can I receive a refund/exchange?
Yes, we apologize this happened to you. A full amount of refund will be issued after we conduct internal inspection.
The free size didn't work for me.
Based on measurement, sizes can differ by 1~3cm. We do not accept refund requests due to slight size mismatch.
